Adapting a resilient mindset is far superior to any technique or gimmick that you can physically do. We should always aim to put ourselves in the best possible situation, surrounded by a supportive and driven team. However, attaching our dependence to anything but ourselves is sin.
This means that our goal should lie in create fulfilling relationships that aid in our growth, rather then depending on others to be there for us. We lose control of the situation [or in this case our training] and begin to feel lost. The answer is always within us, the power we all hold is in the things that we control. You control your environment to an extent, so put yourself in the best position possible, but do NOT expect things to happen for you; for people to chase you to help.
Blame yourself, invest in yourself, stand strong. Listen in to the tips and strategies we utilize to implement these principals into our training.
